As 2025 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey of Sundahl Digital and share some exciting plans for 2026.

 

Since founding my business in 2008, I’ve been dedicated to helping communities thrive through modern, user-friendly community website management and technology solutions. Today, I’m proud to support 15 HOA and condo communities, serving close to 5,000 residents daily through our platform. Many of these residents have become friends, and I truly consider them part of the Sundahl Digital family.

 

A special thank-you goes to the Boards of Directors, residents, and staff of each community... your collaboration and trust make every community a beautiful, connected place to live. It’s especially meaningful to me at The Ranches, where I spent 10 years as a homeowner, board member, and now the website manager.

 

2026 is shaping up to be an exciting year! Some initiatives I’m looking forward to include:

• Re-launching my Unclaimed Funds Division to help residents access financial opportunities they might not know about.
• Expanding my team to provide even better service to communities and residents.
• Bringing on an advertising partner to raise revenue for communities and lower the cost of their websites.
• Offering technology training, resources, and tools to empower residents to be more digitally confident.
• Exploring online courses for education, financial literacy, and tech skills in the near future.

I am also incredibly thankful for my background as a public school educator, which has allowed me to combine my passion for technology, business, and education. Earning my BS, MS, and MBA degrees, along with New York State teaching certifications in business and educational technology, has given me the foundation to provide meaningful support to residents and communities alike.

 

As I look toward 2026, I am energized by the possibilities and grateful for the opportunity to make a difference every day. I love what I do, and I’m honored to do it alongside such amazing clients!
