Birchwood at Spring Lake is the biggest community we serve, and it proved the platform scales, from compact condos to freestanding homes with golf course views — share a single portal that keeps two clubhouses, four pools, two gyms and a nine-hole course straight for every resident. The homepage runs a live activity feed alongside a Photo of the Day, while work orders route to the property manager with ticket numbers residents can track. An Amenities & Hours page and an active Homes for Sale board handle the questions the office used to field by phone.
