Navigation splits three ways: Community Info, Shareholders, and Tenants, so each visitor sees only what applies to them. The site publishes facilities hours, a 24-hour emergency line, building and laundry maps, board summaries, financials, and a Co-Op FAQ page for prospective buyers. Positive:
Co-ops have a problem condos don't — shareholders, tenants, and the public all need different information. This site solves it structurally, splitting navigation into three clear sections so nobody wades through rules that don't apply to them. One of the most thoughtfully organized large-scale sites we've built.
Negative:
We have nothing negative to say! With three distinct audiences and nearly 800 units, we're always refining navigation so everyone finds exactly what they need.
