This co-op does something most portals never attempt — it runs the entire resale pipeline online. Sellers post listings and pay online, buyers join a waiting list, and unit layouts are published so everyone knows exactly what they're looking at. For a community this size, it's an unusually complete piece of infrastructure.
Negative:
We have nothing negative to say! We're always refining the resale listing and waiting-list process based on feedback from sellers, buyers, and the board.
