Country Pointe Woods is a boutique 55+ condominium community on Smithtown's north shore, home to 69 units. The site delivers a full-featured resident experience despite the community's smaller size: work order tracking with ticket numbers, a resident and pet directory, classifieds, lost & found, a captioned photo gallery, and a secure document archive for HOA records. The Amenities & Hours page publishes clubhouse, pool, and fitness center hours with key-card access notes, cutting down on routine calls to the management office. Built and maintained by Sundahl Digital, serving communities across Suffolk County, Long Island.

Positive:
Country Pointe Woods proves a small association doesn't have to settle for a small website. At sixty-nine units, this community gets the exact same full toolkit as our largest properties. The board spends its time governing instead of fielding the same five phone calls every week. A great example of enterprise-level features scaled perfectly to a boutique community.
Negative:
We have nothing negative to say! At sixty-nine units, we could have built something smaller — instead we built the same toolkit we give our 700-unit communities, and we keep refining it as Smithtown's needs shift.
