Positive:
Buying into a co-op confuses people, and this site was built to fix that. A full Ownership section handles FAQs, questionnaires, and transfer guidance separately from resident content, saving the board from answering the same questions on repeat. Thorough in exactly the ways a large co-op needs to be.
Negative:
We have nothing negative to say! We're always refining the Ownership and Transfer guide based on what buyers, sellers, and the board tell us throughout each transaction.
