Birchwood at Spring Lake HOA
star star star star star

Our portfolio's largest build: 733 mixed-type units, 2 clubhouses and a private golf course, all managed from one website portal. Birchwood at Spring Lake is the biggest community we serve, and it proved the platform scales, from compact condos to freestanding homes with golf course views — share a single portal that keeps two clubhouses, four pools, two gyms and a nine-hole course straight for every resident. The homepage runs a live activity feed alongside a Photo of the Day, while work orders route to the property manager with ticket numbers residents can track. An Amenities & Hours page and an active Homes for Sale board handle the questions the office used to field by phone.

Positive: Birchwood at Spring Lake is one of the largest communities we manage — 733 units, two clubhouses, four pools, two gyms, and a nine-hole golf course, all coordinated through a single website. The homepage keeps residents engaged with a live activity feed and a rotating Photo of the Day, while work orders route straight to the property manager with trackable ticket numbers, so nothing gets lost in email. An Amenities & Hours page answers the questions the office used to field by phone, and an active Homes for Sale board helps residents list and buyers find available units without a third-party site. For a community this size, keeping everyone informed could easily become chaotic — instead, Birchwood's portal makes it feel effortless. It's a strong example of how a single, well-built site can scale to serve a large, active association.
Negative: We have nothing negative to say! We're always looking for ways to improve our websites — better usability, new functionality, and smoother experiences for residents and boards alike. Our sites are never "finished" by design: they evolve as the needs of each community change, whether that means adding a new feature, adjusting to a platform transition, or simply refining what's already there based on feedback. If there's ever something that could work better, we want to hear about it and make it happen.
